Challenge / Objective

Sweetwaters, a local Ann Arbor cafe, wanted to take their 25-plus-year brand to the next level. This required articulation. Standardization. A more professional, extendable presence. And a path forward.

Solution

A custom creative process supported by qualitative and quantitative brand research, brand articulation, brand visualization, brand standardization, packaging, website development, a digital campaign, and environmental signage. From our work, they have skyrocketed their locations from four locally to more than 50 nationwide, either opened or planned.

Result

A corner cafe that is becoming a national brand presence.
